Healthy Recipe: Halloween Pizza Mummies

Kids will love munching on these fun and easy-to-make pizza mummies. It's a terroriffic idea for a halloween party or a spooktacular healthy eating snack.  Tomato sauce contains lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that may help to prevent some chronic disease and cheese is an excellent source of calcium. This is one healthy recipe that everyone will be 'goblin' up in no time! (Source: The Mommy Playbook)

English muffins
Pizza sauce
Black olives
Red or green pepper
Cheese sticks or slices

Heat the oven to 350° F. For each mummy, spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce onto half of an English muffin (toast it first, if you like).

Set olive slices in place for eyes and add round slices of green onion or bits of red or green pepper for pupils.Lay strips of cheese (we used a pulled-apart cheese stick) across the muffin for the mummy?s wrappings.

Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the muffin is toasty.

firstly I really like what you have done here in your special corner of cyber space, it is great to see like minded people doing great things!
I am relly into fitness and weight loss, I dropped almost 20kgs in 3 months through healthy eating and proportionate eating mixed with some workout routines that I could do through out the day.
I have recently added some great simple Japanese recipes to my web site, would love to hear what your thoughts are on them if you have the time.

really keep up the great work, I have book marked your blog as I am a bit tired now and really want to read on more, it is great to see people reaching out to help others lose the weight, being heavy can really drag some ones spirit down and hide the real beauty that they truely are under all that poor self esteem, I know it was that way with me anyway!
